Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: This promotion is available to new and existing customers who have not had an active or canceled booking since February 1, 2024.
2. Minimum Booking Requirement: A minimum booking of 3 hours is required to qualify for the discount.
3. Discount Details: A discount of $66 will be applied when using the code SPRING109
4. Exclusions: The offer does not include cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner, which can be provided for an additional fee.
5. Additional Fees:
   • Bookings scheduled before 9 AM or after 8 PM will incur an additional fee.
   • Bookings on Thursdays, Fridays, and weekends are subject to an additional fee.
   • Booking with Sam (the owner) is a subject to an additional fee.
6. Limitations: Only one offer per household is permitted. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, except:
   • Instagram followers are eligible for an additional $5 discount.
   • A 10% cash discount can also be applied.
7. Availability: The promotion is subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking at any time with advanced notice.
8. Cancellation: NON-REFUNDABLE if cancelled by customer.
9. Validity: This promotion is effective until June 30, 2024.
