My name is Sam Pastukhov, and I am the founder of Smart Cleaning™.
As an LGBTQ+ immigrant, I started working in residential cleaning in 2016. After 1.5 years of working in the industry, I gained a better vision of how to offer better service and treat employees more equally.
I believed that by treating employees with respect and providing them with fair wages and good working conditions, they would be happier and more productive, ultimately resulting in better service for our clients.
In August 2018, I founded Smart Cleaning™ to provide a more customizable service for our clients.
