FAQS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the difference between Standard and Deep cleaning?
Deep cleaning is a more thorough and comprehensive cleaning of a residential home, which involves a higher level of attention to detail and cleaning in areas that are usually not a part of regular cleaning routine. It usually includes tasks such as cleaning the interior of kitchen appliances, washing baseboards and crown molding, cleaning windows, and removing built-up grime and dirt in high-traffic areas.

Standard cleaning, on the other hand, is a regular cleaning service that focuses on maintaining a clean and organized home. This type of cleaning typically includes tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.

It is done on a regular basis to keep the home tidy and presentable.
In summary, deep cleaning is a more intensive one-time or occasional cleaning service while standard cleaning is a routine cleaning service.
What is the difference between Deep cleaning and Move-in/out cleaning?
Deep cleaning and move-out cleaning are similar in many ways as they both involve a more thorough cleaning than a standard cleaning, but they differ in their focus and goals.
Deep cleaning is a comprehensive cleaning of a residential home that aims to remove dirt, grime, and buildup in areas that are usually not a part of regular cleaning. This type of cleaning is usually done periodically, for example, once or twice a year, to keep the home in top condition.
Move-out cleaning, on the other hand, is a type of deep cleaning that is specifically focused on preparing a rental property for a new tenant or returning it to the owner in a clean and presentable state.

The focus is on cleaning every inch of the property and making it look as close to new as possible. This type of cleaning is usually done when a tenant is moving out of a rental property. It also includes cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner in its cost.
In summary, deep cleaning focuses on a comprehensive cleaning of a residential home, while move-out cleaning is a specific type of deep cleaning that focuses on preparing a rental property for a new tenant or returning it to the owner in a clean and presentable state.
